Jennifer Ellingson is the principal attorney of Ellingson Law, APC, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, probate, elder law, conservatorships, and business succession planning.
Jennifer brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to her work. She helps clients plan for the future, administer trusts and estates, navigate court-supervised proceedings, and make informed decisions during difficult transitions. Her practice is grounded in careful analysis, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients protect the people and assets most important to them.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. She graduated valedictorian from Cal Northern School of Law, where she earned eight Witkin Awards and received the Dean’s Scholarship for highest GPA each school year. She also served as President of the Cal Northern School of Law Student Bar Association.
Jennifer remains active in the local community. She serves as Treasurer for the Chico Friends of the Library and participates in several local nonprofit and civic organizations. She values community service and brings the same sense of responsibility and care to her legal practice.
Jennifer is admitted to practice law in California and in federal court. She is a member of the Butte County Bar Association.
